Orders

Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed.

Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.

Queensdown Associates LTD reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

Unwanted Orders (Internet Sales Only)

Under the UKs Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods, subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
  • You inform us via email enquiries of your wish to cancel
  • The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalized.
  • You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods with original packaging.

If returned goods are refused by European Golf because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.

Product Warranties

Goods for sale on european-golf-online. are new and supplied with the manufacturer’s full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or damaged goods

Quality is assured at European Golf. Should you experience a problem; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sales Of Goods Act 1995 (uk). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.

Return Instructions

For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment to the return goods. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

If you’ve seen a product advertised cheaper from a UK authorised online retailer please notify us by email (enquiries) and we’ll do our best to match or better the price.

Proof of offers may be required.

The price promise does not apply to sales once they have been placed.

Prices must have been advertised/quoted within the past 30 days and apply to instock items.

Loyalty Scheme

For all new customers first orders you will receive a £5 voucher to be used against yor next purchase, this offer is not available to customers using a voucher on there first order.

1 Loyalty point is earned for every pound spent, earn 500 loyalty points and a £5 voucher will automatically be sent to you.  

Delivery Policy

Goods are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and aim to turn your order around within 24 hours of receipt of order if the items are in stock. If you need an item urgently, feel free to call us to check on the status. If there is due to be a wait of longer than 7 days, we will contact you to offer you an explanation and to discuss the options available to you.
