We Use Royal mail Tracked Services as our main delivery option these will usually reach you with 48 hours of despatch notice, for larger Items we use a courier service Usually DPD Next Day which Usually Arrive within 24 Hours of Desptch Notice. We are unable to send larger Items to Northern Ireland, the Isle Of Man and selected areas in Northern Scotland. In these circumstances we reserve the right to Cancel the order at no cost to yourselves.
Unwanted Orders (Internet Sales Only)
Please inform us Within 7 (Seven) Days of your wish to return your items at the email address below providing the orders are not modified in anyway and remain in unused condition.
You arrange a safe return at your own cost we advise using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible until we have received them signed back in our Warehouse.
It is your responsiblity to track the progress of the parcel not ours.
The address to return the item to is shown below we are not responsible for goods returned to us that have been lost in the post or are untraceable.
Goods must in all cases be returned to us within 30 (Thirty) Days and must always be unused or unworn and in its original pacakaging if applicable.
The redelivery of goods by ourselves due to incorrect sizing or of a change of mind will incur carriage costs at all times.
You have 7 days from date of receipt of goods to inform us of your intent to return. You may at this point request a refund (excluding our carriage costs) or a credit note. Goods informed and returned after 7 days of receipt if complying with our returns policy will receive a credit note excluding the cost of our carriage to you
If returned goods are refused by European Golf because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.
Goods for sale on european-golf-online. are new and supplied with the manufacturer’s full warranty unless otherwise stated.
Faulty or damaged goods
Quality is assured at European Golf. Should you experience a problem; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sales Of Goods Act 1995 (uk). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment to the return goods.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Please allow up to 30 Days for refunds and exchanges to be dealt with.
Please note a 10% Restocking fee may apply should your item be returned with no faults.
