If purchasing a specialist custom fitting please allow extra time for delivery as these will be specially ordered for you usually delivery will be 2-3 weeks.
If you are ordering from Outer UK Mainland our Customer Service Team will contact you before your order is confirmed to seek your acceptance of any delivery charges that will apply. You may accept the delivery charges or cancel your order at the time of being contacted by our Customer Service Team.

Unwanted Orders (Internet Sales Only)
Under the UKs Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods, subject to the following conditions:
The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
You inform us via email enquiries of your wish to cancel The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalized.
You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods with original packaging.
You have 7 days from date of receipt of goods to inform us of your intent to return. You may at this point request a refund (excluding our carriage costs) or a credit note. Goods informed and returned after 7 days of receipt if complying with our returns policy will receive a credit note excluding the cost of our carriage to you. Our postage costs will be deducted from any refunds if free delivery was given.
If returned goods are refused by European Golf because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.
Goods for sale on european-golf-online. are new and supplied with the manufacturer’s full warranty unless otherwise stated.
Faulty or damaged goods
Quality is assured at European Golf. Should you experience a problem; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sales Of Goods Act 1995 (uk). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment to the return goods.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
